The following is our standard application for devotees wishing to come to
ISKCON's Temple in Leicester. Please fill it in, including the question with
each answer, so that it's clear to us to which question each answer applies.
You can send us the filled in form by mail (ISKCON Leicester, 21 Thoresby Street,
Leicester LE5 4GU, UK) or alternatively paste it in an e-mail message and send it
to us (gauranga@gauranga.org):
